Mentor Graphics og Rohde & Schwarz i teknologisamarbejde

Mentor Graphics og Rohde & Schwarz udvikler hardware-acceleret debugplatform til verifikation af trådløse kommunikations IC'er (in english).

Mentor Graphics and Rohde & Schwarz,  have collaborated to deliver a hardware-accelerated, debug platform for the verification of wireless communication Systems-on-Chip (SoCs).

The combination of Mentor’s Veloce hardware emulation technology with Rohde & Schwarz’s superior test and measurement equipment delivers a high-performance and productive environment for handling the verification of wireless communication systems. The goal of both companies is to help bring complex SoC designs to market on schedule, without compromising verification accuracy or performance.

Rohde & Schwarz is established as the largest supplier of electronic test and measurement (T&M) solutions in Europe, and they are setting standards worldwide in multiple business fields, such as wireless communication, broadcasting, and secure communications. The Rohde & Schwarz T&M tools provide a quick and efficient test environment for wireless communication systems, such as WCDMA and LTE, which is critical for the verification of next-generation wireless SoC designs.

The Veloce platform with dual mode accelerator and emulator provides high performance for both transaction-based verification and traditional in-circuit emulation (ICE). With an extensive portfolio of vertical market solutions, the Veloce product is the platform of choice for wireless, networking, multimedia, and embedded systems applications.
