Banebrydende højttaler af glas præsenteres nu i Europa

Greensound vakte på CES-udstillingen i Las Vegas i januar måned stor opmærksomhed med firmaets program af glas højttalere. Nu kan de ses og høres på IFA i Berlin (in english).

Greensound Technology has developed a very special line of glass speakers that received strong acclaim when shown for the first time at CES early January. The three models are now in production and will be shown for the first time in Europe at IFA.

Unlike traditional speaker technology that may simply include a glass enclosure, Greensound  echnology creates sound through the combination of specially engineered glass and a base structure.

This speaker configuration also maintains a sophisticated level of performance forever because the components do not break down over time. Because this technology employs sound projection through glass, each speaker is able to deliver true 360° sound.
Unlike typical directional sound, Greensound Technology provides a consistent listening experience no matter what position a listener is relative to the speaker, the company claims. 


The Greensound speakers also boast a very sophisticated wireless transmission using 5 GHz based technology. The Serac speaker and the Bravura subwoofer are the top of the line of glass speakers from Greensound Technology. The Serac speakers are real heavyweights with their 1,66 meter height and 112 kilograms.

The Serac is available in a 2.1 stereo or 4.1 surround set, both configured to
ensure an optimal listening experience for any member of an audience. This combination of clear tone and enhanced range make Serac ideal for lobbies, large suites, mansions, ships and large homes.

The Orbis speaker and Circa subwoofer make a perfect couple for any private setting, Greensound states. The speakers are built in a compact and modern design without sacrificing top quality sound performance. This set offers the ideal sound quality and aesthetic appeal for hotel rooms, small suites, waiting rooms, medium sized homes and yachts.

The Luno speaker with Cube subwoofer are still monumental with just over 1 meter in height and weighing 36 kilogram. The elegant form and sound performance are supplemented with the optional color lighting.
