More Electronics indgår samarbejde med e-peas
Det belgiske firma e-peas har vakt opsigt med firmaets program af løsninger til energy harvesting, og nu har firmaet indgået et samarbejde med danske More Electronics, der dækker Norden og de baltiske lande (in english).
More Electronics has announced a collaboration with e-peas, an expert in energy harvesting and processing solutions.
e-peas (Electronic Portable Energy Autonomous Systems) has since its foundation in 2014 had their focus on how the billions -or trillions – of connected nodes can be able to power themselves autonomously, without the need for battery replacement. This will require low power consumption combined with energy harvesting from available energy sources.
Based in Belgium, e-peas is backed up by a strong portfolio of focused venture partners securing capacity for sustained growth and development of focused low power technologies.
- Considering the global focus on connected devices and IoT, we believe that we will see increasing focus on the need for sustainable power supply solutions, utilizing energy harvesting technologies, for eliminating or reducing the need for battery replacement, -all for the benefit of our climate and environment. This is why we believe e-peas is a perfect match for More Electronics and that the market is ready for focusing on sustainable solutions, says Peter Frederiksen, CEO, More Electronics.
- With More Electronics’ Nordic & Baltic footprint and focus on wireless solutions we find them a good match to our wish for expansion in the region and for providing our customers there with high quality experienced and reliable local support, adds Patricia Maalouf, Director Sales & Planning, e-peas.
