Addtech køber RECAB
Addtech Components, der er en del af Addtech gruppen, har købt alle aktier i RECAB Embedded Computers AB (in english).
Addtech Components, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in RECAB Embedded Computers AB.RECAB develops, manufactures and markets innovative embedded computer systems for demanding applications to OEM customers in the Nordic market. The company's range of products is based on components from well-established suppliers which are combined into customised computer solutions.
RECAB has 18 employees and sales of around SEK 100 million. The closing is estimated to take effect in the beginning of October 2015.
