Artila Electronics er klar med ARM9-baseret Linux-ready industri box pc, der forbruger under 3W (in english).
The Matrix-505 from Artila Electronics is a ARM9 Linux ready computer with ultra low power consumption (<3W). This palm size Box PC is powered by an Atmel AT91SAM9G45 400MHz SoC, 128MB DDR2 SDRAM and 128 NAND Flash. The Matrix-505 is pre-installed with Linux 2.6.38 OS, busybox utility collection, lighttpd Web server and integrates two 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, high speed RS-232/485, two USB hosts and a microSD socket into a palm size metal box.
The dual independent Ethernet ports design provides high communication bandwidth and data redundancy. A fault resilient booting function is implemented by using a backup Linux file system in the DataFlash which will automatically boot up Matrix-505 in case the primary NAND Flash fails.
Although the Matrix-505 is designed for headless application, the VNC remote access and control software is available and can use a remote desktop to access Matrix-505's application software which uses graphic user interface. The DIN-Rail and wall-mounting capability also make onsite installation flexible.
Applications include headless applications, intelligent transportation system (ITS), buuilding automation, energy-saving systems and factory automation.
