EtherNet/IP event kommer forbi København

Stuttgart i Tyskland og København udgør rammerne for to europæiske events med fokus på industriel automation baseret på EtherNet/IP teknologier (in english).

ODVA has launched its 2015 series of seminars and training courses on EtherNet/IP, the leading proven industrial automation communications technology based on standard Ethernet and Internet technology. These events are a valuable resource for end users, OEMs, and product manufacturers, providing an intensive amount of business and technical considerations in a compact, one-day event.

- EtherNet/IP's network services, peer-to-peer architecture and standards-based approach ease integration of data between the plant floor to enterprise, helping you realize the full potential of industrial automation while reducing risk and the cost of integration. ODVA invites users and OEMs to learn from ODVA and its members about the benefits of EtherNet/IP, including its use in motion, safety, and energy management applications, explains Katherine Voss, ODVA’s president and executive director. 

The next seminar for prospective users – entitled EtherNet/IP: Industrial Ethernet - Technologie als zukunftssichere Plattform für Industrie 4.0 – will be held in Stuttgart on March 25.

In addition, ODVA’s EtherNet/IP Quick Start training course helps developers accelerate their know-how to get started with EtherNet/IP product development. The one-day training covers considerations of product functionality, implementation approaches, product design, and testing, plus gives an in-depth review of The EtherNet/IP Specification. The next scheduled EtherNet/IP Quick Start course will be held in Copenhagen on March 10.
