Texim kan nu levere Insights SiP's Bluetooth low energy/ANT+/ NFC combo-modul (in english).
Texim Europe provides the recently introduced ISP1507, a Bluetooth Smart Module from Insight SiP. Measuring only 8x8x1mm this module offers customers access to the next generation technology in an integrated miniaturised package.The ISP1507 uses the latest nRF52 series chipset from Nordic Semiconductor with a 32-bits ARM Cortex M4 CPU, 512kB flash memory, analog and digital peripherals SPI, I2C and GPIO. Combined with Insight SiP unique 'System in Package' and 'Antenna in Package' technology the ISP1507 is a leading edge ready-to-use product that will fit into any application.
With its integrated 32MHz / 32Khz crystals, RF antenna and matching circuit, NFC type-2 tag functionality and DC/DC converter, the ISP1507 forms a standalone Bluetooth Low Energy node. Module certification for global market is pending.
Power consumption is typically 5.5mA (transmission/reception), 1.5µA (standby) and 0.7µA (deep sleep). Transmission output power reaches +4dBm and reception sensitivity is -96dBm. The module runs the Nordic Bluetooth soft device which now supports a full Bluetooth V4.2 stack.
A complete development kit is available at a preferential rate during the show, providing everything required to start developing a solution out of the box.
Applications include connected sensors for medical devices, healthcare, sport, fitness, industrial IoT applications, connected objects, wearable technology, home automation and beacons.
