ACAL køber Hetronic
Distributøren ACAL har købet svenske Hetronic, der har opbygget en stærk position inden for udvikling af computersystemer til embedded applikationer (in english).
Acal Plc has acquired Hectronic AB, one of the leading Nordic companies offering products and services within development, industrialization and delivery of embedded computers.
Headquarters are located in Uppsala and a sales office is situated in Gothenburg. The customers are located all over the Nordic Countries. The company has 28 employees of whom a majority has received a Master of Science degree and has extensive experience in hardware, software and mechanics. Hectronic’s turnover is about SEK 85 million.

We believe that there are great business synergies from including Hectronic’s products in our offer, says Lars Gundersen, member of the board of directors in Acal BFi Nordic AB.
Hectronic will be a part of Acal Plc’s Electronics business area and a subsidiary of AcalBFI Nordic AB.
