Digi-Key Electronics has announced that select devices from Central Semiconductor now are available in bare die form. For space-restricted prototypes in the wearables, handheld devices and gaming markets, as well as other package-free requirements, design engineers can now purchase the new bare die devices directly from Digi-Key’s website.Central Semiconductor designs and manufactures high quality innovative discrete semiconductors, serving both consumer and commercial markets. Product lines include highly energy efficient ultra-miniature devices with superior electrical performance and custom multi discrete module as well as a selection of transistors, diodes, rectifiers, MOSFETs and transient voltage protection products.
