EBV Elektronik har haft stor succes med deres web-video kanal, EBV.TV, der nu udvides med en række nye features (in english)
EBV Elektronik has expanded its successful video channel EBV.TV. With the start of this platform in April 2009, EBV was the first distributor in EMEA to regularly offer its own professionally-produced, high-quality broadcasts on its website.
Since then, EBV has presented 14 broadcasts on the latest products and technologies of its suppliers as well as corporate news in a compact, state-of-the-art style. New features of the expanded EBV.TV include a fresh design, advanced filtering, sort and search functions as well as enhanced feedback possibilities. And there is definitely more to come.
Bernd Schlemmer, Director Communications at EBV, points out:
- The impressive development of the viewer numbers, along with the distinguished feedback from our customers and suppliers, has encouraged us to further invest in this project and re-launch a new platform for EBV.TV.
- Most videos in our industry do not match the EBV quality standard. We don’t believe that low quality produced videos are an appropriate tool to present product and technology news to our customers. The success of our broadcasts confirms that with EBV.TV we have the right strategy in supplying our customers with videos which have a very high production value. Our customers expect premium quality from our products and services – and the same standard should be upheld when we contact them through this new channel. The new EBV.TV is available at www.ebv.com/tv. The latest videos cover topics such as how to minimize concerns about power requirements with the i.MX processor family from Freescale and how to optimise motor control solutions with the new DAvE Drive Kit from Infineon. New videos about touching new levels in sensor technology with Fujitsu and the introduction of the Cortex-M3 based Stellaris series from TI will follow soon.
