Qualcomm Life samarbejder med danske udbydere af trådløse sundhedsydelser

Amerikanske Qualcomm Life, indgår samarbejde med de to danske virksomheder e-mergency og Viewcare, som begge er udbydere af trådløse sundhedsydelser (in english).

Qualcomm Life – a wholy owned subsidiary of Qualcomm Inc – has announced a collaboration with the two Danish health care system providers, e-mergency and Viewcare A/S, which will use Qualcomm Lifes ‘2net Platform’ and  ‘Hub’ to support its personal health record (PHR) e-Health ecosystem. A similar agreement is made in Sweden with the company Infogosoft.

Qualcomm Life’s move into the Scandinavian region follows existing collaborations in Italy and Spain with remote health monitoring providers Telbios and mHealth Alert, respectively. Qualcomm Life launched the 2net Platform and Hub in Europe in November 2012.

- Qualcomm Life’s mission is to make wireless health simple and to have an immediate impact on improving healthcare. We are delighted to announce the expansion of our business into Scandinavia through Infogosoft, e-mergency and Viewcare, says Laurent Vandebrouck, managing director of Qualcomm Life, Europe.

- The benefits of telehealth and remote monitoring are well-understood by Scandinavian regional and local healthcare authorities, who recognize 2net’s value in addressing health challenges associated with chronic disease. The 2net Platform and Hub benefit telehealth service companies by providing a flexible, scalable and interoperable solution, ready to support as many patients as required. We look forward to working with Infogosoft, e-mergency and Viewcare to expand their business while lowering operating expenses.
