Digi-Key indgår global distributionsaftale med Sanken, der er blandt de førende inden for analoge power produkter (in english).

Digi-Key Corporation has announced a global distribution agreement with Sanken Electric Co., a leading global supplier of analog power semiconductor products.

Sanken’s long history began in 1937, when the Toho Industrial Research Laboratory was established and commenced research and trial manufacture of selenium rectifiers. Today, Sanken’s semiconductor products are widely used in automotive electronic systems, home appliances, industrial control systems, consumer electronic products, and many other applications, where high reliability is demanded.

- Digi-Key’s global presence and extensive product offering will enhance Sanken’s core power IC business. This expanded relationship will allow us to further satisfy the diverse needs of our customer base through a more focused and targeted approach, says Fumio Taku, Director, North American Sales at Sanken. 

Boasting one of the widest ranges of electronic components in the industry, Sanken manufactures products including ICs, transistors, thyristors, diodes, LEDs and CCFLs, as well as A/C adapters and power supplies, among others.
