Spændende seminar om LTspice
Arrow og Linear Technology er vært for halvdags-konferencer, hvor manden bag LTspice, Mike Engelhardt, er hovednavnet. Konferencen når København den 1. September (in english).
Arrow Electronics and Linear Technology Present the LTspice World Circuit. This free half-day seminar is designed to educate and inform both advanced and new users of LTspice and is being held in Copenhagen on 1st September, Oslo on 2nd September and Göteburg on 3rd September. Here is an excellent opportunity to gain the knowledge to successfully simulate circuit designs and predict circuit behaviour for faster more efficient designs. At this seminar attendees will learn the ins and outs of LTspice, as presented by Mike Engelhardt, the author/creator of LTspice.
Included will be informative tutorials on how to simulate switch mode power supplies, compute efficiencies and observe power supply start-up behaviour and transient response. Attendees will also be able to utilise LTspice as a general purpose SPICE simulator for AC analysis, DC sweeps, noise analysis and circuit simulations.
Attendees are invited to bring along their unique questions on LTspice and get answers direct from the creator of the software himself.
Linear Technology’s LTspiceIV is the number one high performance SPICE simulator, schematic capture and waveform viewer that has enhancements and models for easing the simulation of switching regulators.
Linear Technology’s enhancements to SPICE have made simulating switching regulators extremely fast compared to normal SPICE simulators, allowing the user to view waveforms for most switching regulators in just a few minutes. Included in the download are SPICE, Macro Models for 80% of Linear Technology's switching regulators, over 200 op amp models, as well as resistors, transistors and MOSFET models.
Mike Engelhardt is the Manager of Simulation Development at Linear Technology Corporation. Mike Engelhardt has been writing physical simulators since 1975. His first simulators were written for high energy physics labs and instrumentation companies working in charged-particle optics and oil exploration. He created LTspice and leads its development and model generation. LTspice is Mike's third electronic circuit simulator and is based in a collection of original numerical methods he invented.
Mike Engelhardt educational background is physics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; University of Mainz, Germany; and University of California, Berkeley. He holds patents in simulation and switch mode power supply design. Mike has delivered seminars on LTspice in 28 countries.
